Bilingual Spanish/English-speaking agents are currently in high demand and often qualify for higher-paying opportunities (typically $15–$17/hour, depending on the client program).
Non-bilingual applicants are also encouraged to apply for additional opportunities (typically $12–$13/hour).

We are not a mass-hiring company. Our onboarding is organized into scheduled hiring weeks to ensure quality, readiness, and strong agent support.

We are seeking motivated individuals especially bilingual Spanish/English speakers who are:

• Comfortable handling inbound and/or outbound calls
• Tech-ready with a quiet home workspace
• Coachable and willing to complete training
• Serious about building a legitimate remote income stream

Our process is selective by design. We focus on readiness, professionalism, and long-term success.

Basic Requirements

• Desktop or laptop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks)
• High-speed wired internet connection
• USB headset
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to complete training if accepted

Additional requirements may apply depending on the client program.

Our Onboarding & Hiring Process

Our hiring process is automated, assessment-based, and organized into onboarding weeks.

📅 Onboarding Weeks

Every month, starting on the second Monday, we begin onboarding.

• Monday – Set 1 Applicants receive their unique assessment link and must complete it within 48 hours (by Wednesday).
• Tuesday – Set 2 Applicants receive their unique assessment link and must complete it within 48 hours (by Thursday).
(If you do not receive a link on Monday, you are automatically placed into Tuesday’s set.)

• Friday – Open Enrollment via Zoom:
Applicants who successfully complete the assessment will be invited to a live Zoom enrollment call to officially enroll into available paid training opportunities.

After You Apply, You Will Receive:

• A welcome confirmation email
• A “What to Expect” email outlining the onboarding schedule
• A unique assessment link during the next onboarding week
• If qualified, an invitation to Friday’s Zoom enrollment session

Only applicants who complete and pass the assessment will move forward.

Important Notes

• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
• Some client programs require paid training courses (Don't worry! We cover this fee for you! But you are required to cover your drug test and background check)
• Not all applicants will qualify
• Passing the assessment guarantees onboarding
• Opportunities vary by language skills, availability, and client demand
